Our soaps are handmade in our workshops at Zeytune Farm.
When lye (sodium hydroxide) is mixed with oils and butters, soap is formed, thereby neutralizing the lye completely. This process of soap making is called a cold process (CP) and our process never exceeds 45 degrees Celsius to maintain the oil and butter nutrients. To enrich the excellence of our handmade soaps, pure essential oils and raw botanicals are added to our formula. After the saponification, the cold process soap will create a large amount of glycerin which serves as an excellent base to help moisturize your skin. Once the soaps are removed from the molds, it takes up to 4-6 weeks to let the soap dry and mature.

Zeytune olive oil soaps are all natural handmade soaps. We do not use any chemicals, synthetic lathering agents, palm oil and artificial colors. Ours soaps have been colored by natural essential oils and clays added to our soaps. We use oils which are nourishing and beneficial to your skin like extra virgin olive oil, laurel oil, coconut oil, almond oil and shea butter combined with pure essential oils and raw botanicals.
